Jae Lee serves as CLSG’s Chief Practice Leader for Strategy & Organizational Leadership, where he integrates military discipline, academic rigor, and executive advisory experience to help organizations align vision with execution. With more than a decade of consulting and teaching experience, Jae specializes in organizational design, change management, and strategic growth initiatives that drive measurable outcomes.
His professional journey began as a joint war strategy officer with the U.S.–South Korea Combined Forces, where he played a pivotal role in international defense planning and operations. Following his service, Jae earned an MBA from Brigham Young University and a Ph.D. in Strategic Management from Texas Tech University, blending leadership practice with research-based expertise. He later served as a professor of business strategy at Hamline University and currently teaches strategic management and corporate social responsibility at Rollins College.
